Bottega Veneta

Info and credits

We were commissioned by Gainsbury & Whiting to create a projected Palladian Palazzo for Bottega Veneta’s AW 2020 Milan fashion show. Transporting the audience and collection to a classical courtyard and the internal corridors of an Italian Palace, so the space turned from ‘a white box’ into an ornate architectural structure of classical columns, arched windows and pilasters. The greek sculptures moving their heads in reaction to the models walking down the runway, shadows passing over stone, the orange trees rustling in the wind.
